三、操作步驟
1、 將處理好的樣品,固定在夾具上，使刀面與平行導塊平行；
2、 移動角度尺，調節(jié)標尺中線與角度尺中線平行；
3、 將砝碼掛在刀尖夾具下，扳動把手至砝碼懸空，保持10S后，卸下砝碼，查看其彎曲角度，如超過3°則不合格
